1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 111 x ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). They govern all use of the 111 x website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and any other services we provide.

By registering an account at 111 x, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 111 x platform and should close your account if one has already been created.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 111 x strictly prohibits use by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment method used for deposits, minus any bonuses.
• You must be registering under your own genuine identity. Providing false name, date of birth, address, contact number, or any other personal information at registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without return of funds.
• You must not already hold an active 111 x account. Each individual person is permitted exactly one account on the platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 111 x or any other gaming platform that would make your registration a violation of that agreement.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a 111 x employee or associated business partner in any capacity that creates a conflict of interest.

By submitting your registration at 111 x, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and to suspend account access until verification is satisfactorily completed. Verification typically involves a government-issued ID such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence.

3. Account Rules and Responsibilities

Your 111 x account is your responsibility. You are required to keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times. Do not share your account details with family members, friends, or anyone else. 111 x will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player shared or inadequately protected their login details.

You must notify 111 x support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Prompt notification allows us to freeze the account and investigate. Delayed notification weakens our ability to assist and may reduce the remedies available.

Each 111 x account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, your balance, or your bonus entitlements to another person under any circumstances. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent account closure for both parties involved.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method changes, you must update your account details promptly. Outdated contact information may delay support responses and withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on the 111 x platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount at 111 x is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 111 x, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits via mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your 111 x balance within seconds of the transaction completing on your end.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible, as part of our anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals via IBFT bank transfer may take one to two business days depending on your bank's processing times.

• Withdrawals require a completed KYC verification for amounts above Rs 50,000 cumulative per month.
• 111 x does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged are imposed by your payment provider, not by us.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to a payment account held in a different name than your 111 x account name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your 111 x balance and used in gameplay. Unused deposited funds can be withdrawn subject to standard verification requirements.
• 111 x reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal patterns that trigger internal risk or compliance review.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 111 x offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, daily cashback, referral rewards, tournament prize pools, and VIP programme benefits. The standard welcome bonus at 111 x is 150% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 15,000. This bonus is credited automatically upon your qualifying first deposit and carries a 10× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount only. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unwagered bonus funds are removed from your account. Your own deposit funds are not locked at any time.

The following general rules apply to all 111 x bonus offers unless the individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts is bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• 111 x reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds if evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or collusion is detected.
• Wagering requirements are tracked in real time and visible in your account dashboard. Progress counts wagers placed at full stake value — void bets, cashed-out bets at partial value, or bets placed on both sides of the same outcome do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or combined with other bonuses unless the individual promotion explicitly permits this.
• 111 x reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already met all conditions for a specific promotion at the time of cancellation will still receive the benefit they earned.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on the 111 x platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software from verified and audited providers, or are operated by live dealers via real-time video stream. The integrity of every game offered on 111 x is independently tested. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published or available upon request for all applicable game types.

Betting limits vary by game and table. Minimum bets generally start from Rs 100 on standard tables. VIP tables carry higher minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed clearly before joining each table. 111 x reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.

In the event of a technical failure — including but not limited to server outages, network interruptions, or software errors — that interrupts a game round before the outcome is determined, 111 x will resolve the situation according to the following priority: (a) complete the round if sufficient game state data was captured; (b) void the round and return stakes to player balances; (c) apply the last verifiable game state if outcomes were partially completed. Players will be notified of any voided rounds via account notification.

Football betting and sports markets at 111 x are governed by the standard sports betting rules applicable to each market type. These include rules around match abandonment, score corrections, player substitutions affecting settled markets, and late score changes. • Bets placed on a game with an obvious error in odds or game parameters may be voided by 111 x at its discretion.
• Winnings from live games are credited to your balance immediately upon round completion.
• Maximum winnings per single round or bet are capped at Rs 10,000,000 (Rs 1 crore) unless a specific game's rules state otherwise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 111 x platform and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, forfeiture of bonus balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account for any reason — including circumventing self-exclusion, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other purpose.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulent payment methods to deposit funds into an 111 x account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage, collusion with other players, or any other technique designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 111 x platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 111 x platform without prior written permission from us.

The game software and live dealer streaming technology used on 111 x is licensed from third-party providers. Any attempt to interfere with, copy, or exploit this technology violates both these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.

11. Limitation of Liability

111 x provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111 x is not liable for:

• Gaming losses resulting from your own decisions, whether made with or without full information about game odds, rules, or mechanics.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on your end, mobile carrier outages, or national infrastructure failures.
• Losses or delays in withdrawals caused by your payment provider's systems, banking holidays, or regulatory holds imposed by financial institutions.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from your use of the 111 x platform.

Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident arising from these Terms, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 111 x account in the 90 days preceding the incident.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

111 x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during subsequent verification requests.
• Detected or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detected bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• Receipt of a valid legal instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that an account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

In cases of account closure due to a proven breach of these Terms, 111 x reserves the right to withhold some or all balance funds pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established after investigation, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 111 x support. Upon closure, all active bonuses are forfeited. Withdrawable real-money balances will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

13. Amendments to These Terms

111 x reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to all registered players via email notification and a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material changes (such as correcting typographical errors or updating contact information) may be made without advance notice.

If you do not agree with a proposed change to these Terms, you may close your account before the change takes effect and withdraw your available balance. Continuing to use the 111 x platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
